Mental health Counselling is a supportive process where individuals work with a trained therapist to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviours in a safe and confidential setting. It helps people develop coping strategies, improve emotional well-being and navigate life's challenges more effectively.

I’m here to meet you where you are—without judgment, with patience, and with a deep respect for your unique experience. My goal is to help you feel validated and supported as we work together to create positive change. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start; taking the first step is enough. You deserve to feel better, and I’m here to help you get there, at your own pace.

In our work together, you’ll find a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, as well as practical tools to help you cope with life’s challenges. I draw on several evidence-based therapies, which means we can tailor our work to meet your unique needs. I have a post graduate certificate in Sex therapy and can offer that to individuals and couples. Life can be challenging. Whether it’s anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or old wounds that seem to follow you around, it can feel overwhelming. But you don’t have to face it alone. I have specialized training in sex therapy, DBT, CBT, ACT and grief therapy.
